David Marcus
Director
David is a highly experienced consultant and policy expert in national, state/territory, local, and international arenas. His work spans sectors such as health, education, and community services, with a specialist focus on evidence-based assessment of organisational and functional performance, and improving service delivery and policy effectiveness.
He has held senior roles in Australian governments, the United Nations, and Australian health and community service organisations. He has developed project management frameworks for individual organisations and a Better Practice Guide in project management for the Australian National Audit Office. He was responsible for all corporate support services while at a major NSW regulatory agency and developed innovative approaches to data management. He recently served as an operational advisor to the National Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Ageing and Aged Care Council.
