In her role, Ruth oversees the core functions that support TCR’s consulting work and ensure the team can deliver high-quality services to clients across the public and community sectors.

She is known for her down-to-earth style, empathy, and ability to build positive, collaborative relationships that contribute to a strong team culture.

Ruth is committed to continuous improvement—both personally and organisationally—and works closely with colleagues to refine processes, build capability, and support the firm’s growth.

Ruth also has a background in exercise and personal training which she brings to the workplace, running weekly bootcamps that keep the team active, connected, and having fun!
