About TCR

Our story and approach

Our values

Our approach draws on evidence, creativity and reflexive collaboration, and is grounded in:

  • acumen – our insights help people and organisations succeed

  • lived experience and diversity – we acknowledge the richness and value of lived experience and diversity, which goes beyond surface level attributes

  • emotional intelligence (EQ) – we understand people as well as performance

  • honesty and integrity – our approach is respectful and transparent

  • courage – we are not afraid of difficult conversations to enable organisations to overcome challenges or roadblocks.

In all our work, we strive to contribute to a better, fairer, more sustainable, and inclusive society.
